Shipping Information:

Domestic Standard: Shipping within U.S., the buyer should receive the order within 4-14 business days from the shipment date.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We realize that there may be times you will need to return or exchange a product, or request a refund.

ALL RETURN AND EXCHANGE REQUESTS must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Procedures: To request a return or exchange, please contact Americas Wholesale Products for a Return Authorization. If we shipped an incorrect or defective item to you, we will exchange it or allow you to return for a full refund.

If your return is not based on a defective or incorrect item, we can still accept your return with a return authorization. The Buyer will be responsible for return shipping and will receive a refund, less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.

Please note that if you have used or opened the items and they are no longer "resellable" as new, there will be 15% restocking fee. Customer should take care in packaging the items with proper care so that they are returned in new, saleable condition. Any returns received that are damaged, opened, or used will have a 15% restocking fee. All original materials, packaging, boxes, manuals must be included.

ANY PRODUCT RETURNED WITHOUT A RA# NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SHIPPER.

Exclusions: Please note that due to copyright restrctions, we CANNOT accept returns of opened computer software or video games.

Shipping Charges: Return shipping charges and original shipping charges are the responsibility of the Buyer except in cases where we have sent an incorrect item or your item is defective.
